I started this program a few weeks ago called Bountiful Baskets. Its a great program. It is a food co-op! It is $15.00 for 2 baskets full of fresh fruit and veggies! So far I love it! Last week I got loads of great things including 9 zucchinis! YIKES! I am not the biggest fan of eating zucchini I really have to be in the mood. I decided to make break instead. I made 4 loafs! It is super yummy. The best part is that it freezes so well!
Here is the recipe I used and it was amazing!
Zucchini Bread (Makes 2 Loafs)
Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 1/4 cups white sugar
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Grease and flour two 8 x 4 inch pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
3. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture, and beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
4. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan, and completely cool.
I have been making LOTS of hair flowers and bows to prepare for craft show season. So far I don;t have any shows booked though! What a bummer! I better get some shows booked!
Before I do though I really need to finish my headband and yo-yo displays! I will post some pictures because they will be so pretty!

Finally new stuff!
Though I have listed lots of new earrings in my shop I haden't listed any new sewn stuff in forever! So I finally got some new stuff made! Even better is I have a work room again! It took about 9 hours and $100! Whatever it was worth it! I am in heaven!

I have a big project that I will start soon.. and I am 1/2 done with Roberts anniversary gift! (Our anniversary was Sep 17!) I promised him he could have it before Christmas! I also plan on making one of those craft felt play mats!!

A few things...
I have been making flowers for craft season like crazy! I also have done some sewing.... but today I decided to share a few things I want! So in case any of you are rich and feel like sending me a gift.... here are some ideas!
A little camper! Can you imagine the awesome cuteness that could be the inside of that with a little DIY love!!
A Brother 1034D serger. That way I can make some awesome new clothes!
This Misfits jacket!
An overhead projector. I can't draw but I can trace good. Then I can paint stuff!
A 1957 Bel-Air! Sooo pretty!
A 1967 Chevy Chevelle SS!
A winning lottery ticket!
A lifetime supply of fabric!
Lifetime supply of ribbon!
I would also like a house that stays clean forever and a healthy and good meal ready and hot for me 3 times a day!

I am on a roll!
Look at me go! I am remembering to blog! Now I just need to get some more followers right? How does one do that?
I just wanted to share some more stuff! :)
So first I crafted 30 bars of this soap for my sisters bridal shower! It was fun to do but it was time consuming. So I am in fact counting all 30 as an item each on my crafting counting! I cheated kinda and used melt and pour soap but I added die and fragrance. Then I tied ribbon around each one and put it in a little box that I did not get pics of!
Then remember those pretty sewing room pictures I posted before? They are DEAD! My little sister moved in with us so I had to move my whole room from a bedroom where I had 4 walls and a closet to the family room where I have 1 wall no closet and a pool table. The hours I spend in there cleaning it up isn't helping! There just isn't any place to put stuff right now. I need to figure something out!
Yea that is CRAZY right? I am shoving things into my bedroom but it's just making my bedroom look like chaos and my new sewing room! Ahhhh! Someone help me please!

Finally some pics!
Alright! So here they are... pictures of my stockpile! Most of this stuff was free or super cheap. It just shows how much money you can save with coupons.
For Aug I am going to track how much I spend and how much I save instead of just savings. Either way check this out! Don't judge me and think I am crazy or some sort of hoarder. I promise I am not. I have a husband and child to feed and we do not have a big income. So I have to buy what I can and get it for cheap! :)
This shelf is my condiment and baking shelf. Pickles, salad dressing, BBQ sauce, cake, frosting, brownies... all that good stuff.
This is my drinks. MMM.... Drinks.
Bags. These were all free! :)
This is snacks and meal helpers. Lots of goldfish are in there that you can't see! Tons of rice, pasta, chips, fruit snacks, all kinds of things that you can't see in there.
Deodorants, spray, and cleaners!
Toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, eyeshadow, and razors!
Hair stuff! Just note the Victoria Secret and the Matrix were not bought by me with coupons. They were gits.
Body wash and soap! Yep gotta keep clean!
Here is my coupon book. I use a 3 ring binder with baseball card inserts. I got the card inserts at Target up by the registers where they sell all the sports and collector cards! They were $5.00 for 10 sheets!

Coupons.. they really do help!
I posted about coupons here before because it seems like coupons fit great with a DIY life! I need to get some pictures of my awesome coupon folder! Also of some of the awesome stuff I score for cheap or free!
Since I am a SAHM and just work on Etsy I don't tend to always make tooo much money. My husband works full time but doesn't make great money. We barely scrape by! We used to grocery shop 1 time a month and would spend about $250. We would have to make a few more trips in between for small stuff like milk and fresh fruit or veggies. By the end of the month we were spending about $300 a month to feed a family of 3.
Since I started using coupons I have cut our grocery bill down to $160 a month! Plus we have started a mini stockpile! It's nothing like the crazy stuff you see on TV. No way!
I will get pictures of my normal looking stock pile soon!
Any ways I was tracking how much money I saved in July and I saved over $800! That is awesome I say. This new coupon thing is awesome. At the end of the month we still have food to eat ant it has allowed us to restructure our budget and save more money! I hope to pay off some debt soon!
So here is what I have to say.. I am the most unorganized person ever. I somehow manage to cut coupons and organize them and plan awesome shopping trip and save more than $800 a month!
I have been sewin and crafting like CRAZY. I will update on that stuff soon!
